This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to full Claro customers to offer them equipment renewal along with an upgrade for home service.

• Manage full-time responsibilities from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. or semi-full from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

• Participate in a 6-day training program, from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

• Join the Partner Service team and contribute to the company's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center.

• Must have your own equipment, either a PC or laptop.

• Have a wired internet connection.

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability for either full-time or semi-full schedule.

• Willingness to attend a 6-day training session, from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
