Remote Sales Operator – Direct Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster relationships with clients through phone and digital platforms.

• Engage in proactive outreach to designated client accounts.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Showcase and sell the product range, new launches, product assortment, and promotional initiatives.

• Negotiate deals and ensure timely follow-up on sales.

• Facilitate customer activation and product listings.

• Build consultative relationships by understanding client needs and providing optimal solutions.

• Document all interactions within corporate systems.

• Offer support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (additional education is an advantage).

• Background in telesales, remote sales, customer service, or consultative selling.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.

• Must be organized, disciplined, and focused on achieving results.

• Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in managing sales and customer service through phone, WhatsApp, and various digital channels.

• Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical (distributor) sector, dermocosmetics, hygiene and beauty, or consumer goods.

• Preferred: experience working with pharmacies, drugstores, or distributors.

• Must have the ability to work remotely as required for this role.
