This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Execute reliability initiatives, showcase their value, and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with on-account Reliability Engineers utilizing a matrix reporting structure.
• Provide oversight of reliability programs and ensure alignment with clients on strategic asset management objectives.
• Build a comprehensive library of case studies, use cases, and knowledge management resources.
• Design and implement client-specific strategic asset management plans in accordance with ISO 55001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments employing RCM methodologies and create/manage preventive maintenance tasks for equipment.
• Assist in operational events and equipment failure investigations, identifying root causes, corrective actions, and follow-up monitoring.
• Supervise operations activities throughout the lifecycle of accounts/projects.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of Reliability & Asset Management solutions across various accounts.
• Drive issue resolution and support leadership in the selection of action plans.
• Provide consultation on maintenance and reliability metrics, including planned/unplanned work, scheduling, costs, MTBF, and replacement asset value.
• Aid in capital planning, lifecycle asset management, and commissioning activities for upgrades, renovations, and construction projects.
• Supervise updates to asset and preventive maintenance records in CMMS, including equipment entry, retirement, and asset tagging.
• Comprehend and implement condition-based maintenance programs utilizing predictive technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and possessing knowledge of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning strategies.
• Certification as a Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
• Extensive familiarity with commercial, critical, manufacturing, lab, or distribution facility types.
• Experience in facilitating training, supporting coaching initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams utilizing various tools and techniques.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Experience in asset management and/or risk analysis.
• Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing maintenance strategies and plans.
• Familiarity with implementing and/or working with ISO 9001 or ISO 55001 management systems.
• Knowledge of asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and techniques for system integration across various asset types.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to accurately handle large datasets in different spreadsheet formats.
• Experience in critical environments is preferred.
• Certification training in condition-based/predictive technologies is preferred.
• IAM Certificate is preferred.
