This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide leadership and governance across the Transformation Management Office portfolio.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery of Enterprise Transformation programs, encompassing planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependency management, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and key program outcomes.
β’ Consolidate multiple workstreams into a unified roadmap to achieve program milestones, adoption, and outcomes.
β’ Manage relationships with vendors and consulting partners.
β’ Prepare materials for the Executive Steering Committee.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
β’ Report on program progress, KPIs, and risks to senior leadership, workstream leads, and stakeholders.
β’ Develop and uphold the enterprise transformation roadmap.
β’ Ensure compliance with program governance frameworks.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for program communications.
β’ Foster relationships with business units, sponsors, and workstream leads.
β’ Integrate change and communication strategies into the program roadmap in collaboration with the Change Management Advisor.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
β’ Contribute to iterative planning and execution utilizing Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks.
β’ Support the consistent application of Agile practices across programs.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a small project management and delivery team.
β’ Set objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.
β’ Monitor workload distribution and proactively address resource risks.
β’ Encourage excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
β’ Promote the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
β’ Utilize AI tools and automation for program delivery, reporting, planning, and communication.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in program management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
β’ At least 5 years of experience directly managing Project Managers or similar roles.
β’ Program Management (PgM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent.
β’ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
β’ Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, or other leading industry platforms.
β’ Experience managing portfolio budgets exceeding $10M.
β’ Expertise in managing strategic risks, program, and project governance.
β’ Capability to lead and coordinate small, cross-functional teams and collaborate across various business units and workstreams.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to an executive steering committee.
β’ Active engagement with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
β’ Experience in managing external consulting partners.
β’ Preferred: Professional certification in Change Management, such as Prosci ADKAR.
β’ Preferred: Proficiency and/or certification in Benefits Realization Management.
β’ Preferred: Experience handling large-scale transformation programs in the technology or not-for-profit sectors.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
β’ Preferred: Experience during organizational transitions or leadership changes.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
