Release Train Engineer – RTE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Release Train Engineer for the organization.

• Provide coaching at the team level and facilitate SAFe/Agile implementation at the ART level.

• Utilize ADO for tracking and forecasting work, including dashboard creation.

• Assist in managing large-scale internal business user environments.

• Oversee planning and dependency management activities.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the organizational transformation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a team-level coach, with SPC 6.0 experience being ideal.

• Proficiency in ADO is mandatory.

• SAFe 6.0 certification is highly preferred.

• Strong technical background as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe and Agile methodologies at the ART level.

• Proven program management experience along with strong leadership abilities.

• Excellent capability in using ADO for work tracking and prediction, including dashboarding.

• Experience as a subject matter expert in supporting large-scale internal business user environments.

• Familiarity with end-user technology and workplace services such as laptops, Windows 11, badge/card access systems, and other related employee technology services.

• Experience in environments accommodating roughly 3,000 employees and partners.

• Ability to lead coordination, planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment during times of organizational change.
