Relationships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective retail and professional clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated client portfolios, delivering prompt and professional assistance.

• Actively engage with clients to enhance platform usage, trading activity, and overall satisfaction levels.

• Recognize opportunities for account expansion through cross-selling and upselling pertinent products and services.

• Conduct periodic client reviews to comprehend trading needs, business goals, and potential obstacles.

• Monitor client engagement and identify accounts at risk, applying suitable retention strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client service experience.

• Maintain precise records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

• Keep clients updated about company offerings, platform enhancements, market developments, promotions, and educational tools.

• Collect client feedback and relay insights to management to refine products, services, and the overall customer journey.

• Ensure that all client communications adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a college or university.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Client Relationship, Customer Support, or Sales position, ideally within a regulated financial services firm.

• Experience in the Forex, CFD, or online trading sectors is a plus.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM systems.

• High standards of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

• Self-driven, proactive, and possessing a positive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
