This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate business scenarios and risks, making informed decisions with minimal oversight.
• Cultivate an understanding of customer requirements by leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and adhering to relevant workflows.
• Expand the portfolio through organic growth and actively participate in promotional activities for both new and existing accounts as part of product marketing and cross-platform partnership strategies.
• Oversee, maintain, and balance risk across customer accounts.
• Manage current accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture that prioritizes supporting the success of others as they advance in their roles.
• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or sales support.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your territory to assist current and potential customers.
• A passion for working in a dynamic environment, effectively juggling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on productivity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate business acumen, adapt to various audiences, remain inquisitive, and resolve key issues for dealers efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, risk management, and prospecting techniques.
• Capability to work independently when necessary, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using and understanding the technologies essential for the role, including mobile applications and software.
• High level of accountability for achieving regional and business objectives.
• Experience in the automotive industry or financial services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
