This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Accountable for delivering the most exceptional customer service experience.

• Offer customer support (both external and internal) aimed at ensuring an outstanding customer journey.

• Analyze customer complaints and work towards identifying and addressing underlying issues.

• Clearly and concisely formalize the management of requests for both external and internal stakeholders.

• Guarantee compliance with operational and business KPIs, consistently meeting established goals.

• Utilize customer service tools and systems for consultation and information recording.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficient in using computer and IT resources.

• Previous experience in customer service positions.

• Basic mathematical skills.
