This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee the development of systems that support Ledgebrook’s internal reinsurance brokerage platform and Fronting Carrier Solutions.
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of reinsurance brokerage projects.
• Collaborate across various teams including engineering, product, data, analytics, and business units.
• Establish priorities and manage sprint cycles effectively.
• Ensure that the product roadmap is in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Identify valuable solutions that merge technology and business needs.
• Facilitate coordination among teams to ensure the successful delivery of significant internal and external systems.
• Define and evaluate key success metrics for product performance.
• Utilize data to guide product strategy and inform decision-making processes.
• Develop innovative insurance products tailored to customer needs that also stimulate business growth.
• Mentor team members while maintaining engagement with coding and architectural practices.
• Enhance processes and systems within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a history of launching successful products.
• Proven ability to deliver user-friendly, data-driven products in production settings.
• Strong grasp of machine learning concepts, including Agentic Workflows, NLP, and LLMs.
• Familiarity with the broader insurance sector, particularly in relation to reinsurance treaties, fronting carrier programs, and the new insurance product launch process.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
• A data-driven and analytical approach to making decisions.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with contemporary LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock) is advantageous.
