This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate reimbursement procedures to ensure prompt, precise, and uniform management of coverage-related inquiries.
• Organize documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up actions, and communication for reimbursement assistance.
• Address standard reimbursement challenges, documentation discrepancies, and workflow exceptions.
• Keep accurate records of cases, reimbursement documentation, and system updates.
• Track reimbursement patterns, recurring challenges, and indicators for escalation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications and assist in case resolution.
• Participate in improvements to processes, updates to workflows, and efforts to ensure operational readiness.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a similar field is required.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
