Regulatory Project Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee global regulatory affairs projects related to advertising and promotion.

• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals, timelines, and corporate objectives.

• Develop and implement regulatory project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Offer strategic oversight for projects and their respective portfolios.

• Facilitate communication between regulatory affairs, project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Monitor project progress, materials, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify and address issues to sustain project momentum.

• Lead and engage in regulatory project meetings.

• Record meeting minutes, update project portals, and relay outcomes to stakeholders.

• Execute administrative tasks that support project teams and departmental operations.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, regulatory affairs, project management, or a related area.

• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional project teams.

• Capability to develop project management frameworks, articulate procedures, and advance regulatory advertising and promotion compliance initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with stakeholder engagement, briefing, and influencing skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in project and knowledge management software and methodologies.

• Advanced computer skills with the Microsoft platform, OneDrive, SharePoint, and regulatory platforms like Veeva.

• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and juggle competing priorities across multiple projects.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards, guidelines, and submission requirements is preferred.
