Regulatory Affairs Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform research on licensing and compliance obligations for direct-to-device (D2D) Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) in regions where Skylo is authorized or pursuing licenses.

• Investigate data privacy regulations and mandates concerning data retention and residency, traffic landing, legal interception, and KYC requirements.

• Develop and implement databases informed by research and input from the regulatory team.

• Track regulatory trends related to D2D NTN policies and regulations.

• Relay potential regulatory implications to the regulatory team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student or a recent graduate from an accredited four-year university.

• Proficient in creating and managing databases, including experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience working effectively in collaborative cross-functional teams.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
