Compliance Professional – Investigations and Corrective Actions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute routine and moderately complex compliance investigations in accordance with established protocols.

• Implement corrective actions based on the outcomes of investigations.

• Gather documentation, conduct interviews, and summarize findings from investigations.

• Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate investigation files and case records.

• Elevate high-risk or complex matters to senior compliance leadership for further evaluation.

• Assist in the planning and follow-up of corrective actions.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of investigations, monitoring activities, and compliance documentation.

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in procedures.

• Record quality assurance outcomes and aid in trend analysis and reporting.

• Monitor corrective actions and confirm their closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance, investigations, audit, or regulatory fields.

• Ability to juggle multiple or competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization that is dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.

• Preferred: Experience with compliance regulations.

• Preferred: Previous sales agent experience.

• Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home connectivity.

• Work from a designated area free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
