This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Develop, assess, and oversee over 50 event registration websites annually utilizing Cvent, incorporating forms, logic, payment integrations, discount codes, and communication workflows.
β’ Oversee registration for both small internal meetings and large external conferences with attendance ranging from 50 to over 5,000 participants.
β’ Manage registration records, monitor attendee status, process updates or cancellations, and ensure data accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for any registration-related inquiries from clients and attendees.
β’ Create regular and on-demand registration reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal teams and clients.
β’ Reconcile data post-event and work alongside finance teams to accurately finalize registrations and revenue reports.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technology teams to provide a seamless attendee experience across all platforms.
β’ Offer on-site support as required, including badge printing, check-in, and troubleshooting registration tools on-site.
β’ Report directly to the Associate Director of Conference Management Operations.
β’ Engage in formal performance evaluations every six months.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience with event management platforms such as Cvent for registration, reporting, and payment processing.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing registration for a diverse range of events, including both small meetings and large, intricate conferences.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, proficient in utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functionalities.
β’ Outstanding communication and organizational abilities, with a strong capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
β’ Highly adaptable with the capability to quickly acquire new technologies and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
β’ An Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically for on-site event support (approximately 15β20% of the time).
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
