This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, assess, and oversee over 50 event registration websites annually utilizing Cvent, incorporating forms, logic, payment integrations, discount codes, and communication workflows.

β€’ Oversee registration for both small internal meetings and large external conferences with attendance ranging from 50 to over 5,000 participants.

β€’ Manage registration records, monitor attendee status, process updates or cancellations, and ensure data accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for any registration-related inquiries from clients and attendees.

β€’ Create regular and on-demand registration reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal teams and clients.

β€’ Reconcile data post-event and work alongside finance teams to accurately finalize registrations and revenue reports.

β€’ Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technology teams to provide a seamless attendee experience across all platforms.

β€’ Offer on-site support as required, including badge printing, check-in, and troubleshooting registration tools on-site.

β€’ Report directly to the Associate Director of Conference Management Operations.

β€’ Engage in formal performance evaluations every six months.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience with event management platforms such as Cvent for registration, reporting, and payment processing.

β€’ Demonstrated success in managing registration for a diverse range of events, including both small meetings and large, intricate conferences.

β€’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, proficient in utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functionalities.

β€’ Outstanding communication and organizational abilities, with a strong capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

β€’ Highly adaptable with the capability to quickly acquire new technologies and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

β€’ An Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.

β€’ Willingness to travel domestically for on-site event support (approximately 15–20% of the time).

β€’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
