Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate OASIS assessments for thoroughness, suitability, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Ensure precise ICD-10 coding and sequencing in accordance with each patient's medical condition and co-morbidities.

• Collaborate with clinical personnel to address documentation and data integrity concerns.

• Oversee visit utilization and highlight potential financial risks or underutilization to clinical management.

• Identify and report trends that influence agency outcomes and process metrics.

• Conduct OASIS inter-rater reliability assessments alongside clinical team members.

• Engage in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives.

• Keep abreast of best practices through continuous education and professional growth.

• Perform additional duties as necessary for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license in California in good standing.

• 1–2 years of experience in clinical home health.

• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

• Understanding of federal regulations and state licensure standards.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in computer systems and electronic health records.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• OASIS certification (COS-C) — preferred.

• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification — preferred.
