Registered Dietitian, Telehealth Weight Loss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual telehealth consultations, encompassing both initial and follow-up appointments.

• Evaluate dietary requirements, create tailored nutrition plans, and track patient progress.

• Assist patients on GLP-1 therapy with nutritional strategies aimed at preserving lean mass and managing side effects.

• Record patient interactions and recommendations in the EHR in line with company protocols.

• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Doctors to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Contribute to the development of patient education materials, such as handouts and content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the U.S. Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) — mandatory.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Extensive knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and weight management principles.

• Proven experience in supporting clients with weight loss initiatives.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation practices.

• Compassionate, effective communicator, committed to achieving positive patient outcomes.

• Preferred experience with patients using GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro).

• Preferred experience working with senior patient populations.

• Active state licensure in Texas, Florida, or New York is advantageous; employer will assist in obtaining licensure in other states.
