Registered Dietitian Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a team of dietitians delivering outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)

• Conduct interviews, select candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for dietitians

• Mentor and enhance team members’ skills, establish expectations, provide feedback, and resolve performance issues

• Oversee team revenue, profitability, retention, and overall productivity

• Utilize performance metrics to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions

• Uphold clinical, documentation, scheduling, and operational standards

• Collaborate with Clinical Excellence to address training requirements

• Organize team workflows and prioritize tasks effectively

• Deliver patient care as necessary, without a designated caseload

• Navigate increasingly complex team, financial, and operational decisions with leadership guidance

⛳️ Requirements

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

• Possess applicable state licensure, or be eligible to obtain the necessary licensure

• Proven track record in coaching others, spearheading initiatives, and enhancing team performance

• Strong judgment, effective communication skills, reliable follow-through, and proficiency in using performance data for decision-making

• Reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah, or demonstrate willingness to relocate to one of these states

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
