Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to a wide range of patient demographics.

• Create tailored care plans and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance patient engagement.

• Oversee a complete patient schedule effectively.

• Ensure prompt documentation of patient care and follow-up actions within Healthie (EMR).

• Collaborate with team members and colleagues to maintain continuity of patient support.

• Participate in continuous professional development.

• Enhance clinical, counseling, and leadership abilities for growth within established career pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentials.

• Must be licensed in WA.

• Outpatient MNT experience is preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to demonstrate advanced clinical judgment and autonomy in handling a variety of patient cases.

• Excellent communication and counseling skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace is required.

• Must be comfortable in a Mac-based work environment.

• Strong general computer skills are necessary.

• Ability to adapt professionally while managing patient care, administrative duties, and professional growth.
