Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual, individualized nutrition counseling based on evidence-based practices.

• Perform thorough nutrition evaluations and create tailored nutrition strategies that align with client objectives.

• Assist clients with meal planning, managing dining out experiences, travel considerations, lab result interpretation, and guidance on supplementation.

• Support clients in ongoing goal-setting utilizing a structured approach aimed at fostering sustainable behavior change.

• Cultivate strong, supportive relationships that promote consistency and long-term commitment.

• Ensure clear and timely documentation along with follow-up communications.

• Control your own schedule and availability.

• Develop a growing caseload, providing continuous support to clients over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

• Experience in an outpatient or counseling environment.

• Strong clinical background in medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based practices.

• Capability to convert nutrition advice into practical, sustainable behavior modifications for clients.

• Empathetic, client-focused approach that enables individuals to feel understood, supported, and motivated.

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.

• Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented attitude.

• Experience in providing longitudinal client support (ongoing care versus one-time sessions) — preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth services — preferred.

• Interest in establishing a stable, long-term client base — preferred.
