Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform nutrition screenings, assessments, and follow-up evaluations.

• Examine clinical documentation, prescriptions, and medical histories.

• Assess Medicare eligibility for enteral supplies and fill out necessary billing forms.

• Determine formula requirements and aid in nutrition prescriptions.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams concerning authorizations, insurance, and reimbursements.

• Offer nutrition support to patients and caregivers while addressing any concerns.

• Record interactions with patients and providers in Brightree.

• Participate in clinical projects related to formula pricing, coding, reimbursement, and calculation tools.

• Uphold necessary qualifications and state licensure while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

• Safeguard confidential patient information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is mandatory.

• A current CDR credential/license is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Capability to acquire and sustain licensure in designated states.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions is required.

• Reliable high-speed internet suitable for call center operations and communication systems.

• A professional, camera-ready appearance during virtual meetings.

• Strong skills in time management, accountability, and self-regulation.

• Ability to maintain a secure workspace and safeguard confidential patient information.

• Accurate timekeeping is necessary.

• Adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines is required.

• Experience in enteral nutrition is preferred, but not mandatory.
