
Regional VP of Sales – North America West, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic partner for customers, holding the sole responsibility for revenue, retention, and growth across Enterprise accounts in the North American West and LATAM regions.
• Facilitate the acquisition of new logos, expansion, and renewals with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers utilizing the Browzwear platform.
• Manage Enterprise customers and prospects located in the North American Western and LATAM territories.
• Create and implement detailed account plans for strategic accounts.
• Outline prospecting strategies for whitespace and under-monetized accounts.
• Establish account stratification to prioritize high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts.
• Conduct consultative discovery discussions with technical designers, VPs of Product Development, Design Operations, IT, and Finance stakeholders.
• Construct outcome-based business cases that quantify ROI, time-to-market reduction, sample cost savings, sustainability impact, and operational efficiency.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations.
• Coordinate efforts with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success support teams.
• Advocate for the Browzwear platform's vision of 3D-first design and digital product creation.
• Establish yourself as a recognized authority and thought leader in fashion technology.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account health, adoption, time-to-value, renewal outcomes, and churn prevention strategies.
• Develop and execute an annual proactive territory strategy.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth & Partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• More than 5 years of experience managing strategic account portfolios.
• Proven history of successfully closing large, complex deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• In-depth understanding of the fashion, apparel, or related manufacturing/supply chain industries.
• Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and key drivers of digital transformation.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• Ability to comprehend customer business models, workflows, and challenges prior to proposing solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Capacity to build trust and relationships at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated success in account expansion, renewal, and customer retention, including net revenue retention and renewal rates exceeding 90%.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence a virtual internal team of subject matter experts without direct authority.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Preference for candidates based in Western North America or those willing to relocate.
• Up to 25% international travel.
• Opportunity for remote work.
