This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as a strategic partner for customers and the primary point of accountability for revenue, retention, and expansion within Enterprise accounts across the North American West and LATAM regions.
• Facilitate new client acquisition, growth, and renewal efforts with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers utilizing the Browzwear platform.
• Manage Enterprise customers and prospects located in the North American Western and LATAM territories.
• Create and implement comprehensive account strategies for key accounts.
• Identify prospecting strategies for whitespace and under-monetized accounts, focusing on high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery discussions with stakeholders in technical, product development, design operations, IT, and Finance.
• Develop business cases focused on outcomes, quantifying ROI, time-to-market reductions, sample cost savings, sustainability impacts, and operational efficiencies.
• Direct complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders alongside Sales Engineers and Solutions Consulting.
• Advocate for Browzwear's 3D-first design and digital product creation platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure account health, adoption rates, time-to-value, renewals, and strategies for reducing churn.
• Coordinate efforts among Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and implement an annual territory strategy while maintaining a well-managed, accurately forecasted pipeline.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth & Partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• More than 5 years of experience managing strategic account portfolios.
• Proven history of closing large, complex deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• In-depth knowledge of the fashion, apparel, or related manufacturing/supply chain sectors.
• Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and drivers of digital transformation.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Capacity to build trust and establish relationships at the C-suite level.
• A demonstrated record of account expansion, successful renewals, and customer retention, including renewal rates exceeding 90%.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Comfort with making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence and orchestrate a virtual internal team without direct authority.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, a background in the Fashion/Apparel Industry, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Preference for candidates located in Western North America or those willing to relocate.
• Travel: Up to 25% international.
