This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic customer partner and primary point of accountability for revenue, retention, and growth across Enterprise accounts in North America’s West and LATAM regions.
• Facilitate new logo acquisition, growth, and renewals with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers utilizing the Browzwear platform.
• Manage new logo development, growth, renewals, and retention for Enterprise customers and prospects.
• Formulate and implement detailed account plans for strategic accounts.
• Identify prospecting strategies for untapped and under-monetized accounts.
• Create account stratification to prioritize high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery discussions involving technical, product development, design operations, IT, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop outcome-driven business cases that quantify ROI, time-to-market reductions, sample cost savings, sustainability impacts, and operational efficiencies.
• Direct complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations.
• Coordinate Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Advocate for Browzwear's 3D-first design and digital product creation platform.
• Serve as a thought leader in fashion technology.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account health, adoption, time-to-value, renewals, and churn mitigation.
• Develop and execute a yearly territory strategy while maintaining a well-managed, accurately forecasted pipeline.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth & Partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• More than 5 years of experience managing strategic account portfolios.
• A proven history of closing substantial, complex deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the fashion, apparel, or related manufacturing/supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and drivers of digital transformation.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to foster trust and relationships at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated success in account expansion, renewal efforts, and customer retention, including renewal rates exceeding 90%.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Capable of orchestrating and influencing a virtual internal team without direct authority.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Preference for candidates based in Western North America or those willing to relocate.
• Up to 25% international travel.
• Opportunity to manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Browzwear platform.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Fluency in local languages beyond English is a plus.
