This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic partner for customers, holding sole responsibility for revenue, retention, and growth across Enterprise accounts.
• Facilitate new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal efforts with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers utilizing the Browzwear platform.
• Manage Enterprise customers and prospects within the North American Western and LATAM regions.
• Formulate and implement detailed account plans for key strategic accounts.
• Identify prospecting approaches for underperforming and untapped accounts.
• Establish account stratification to focus on high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery discussions with stakeholders from technical, product, design operations, IT, and finance backgrounds.
• Create outcome-based business cases that quantify ROI, reduce time-to-market, save on sample costs, assess sustainability impact, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Direct intricate negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate virtual team assistance from Sales Engineering and Solutions Consulting.
• Promote Browzwear's 3D-first design and digital product creation platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health, drive adoption, ensure timely value delivery, achieve renewal outcomes, and reduce churn.
• Align efforts with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other virtual team members.
• Develop and implement an annual territory strategy while maintaining a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth & Partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 5+ years managing strategic account portfolios.
• Proven history of closing large, complex deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• In-depth knowledge of the fashion, apparel, or related manufacturing/supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and the drivers of digital transformation.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
• Ability to establish trust and relationships at the C-suite level.
• Documented success in account expansion, renewal achievements, and customer retention, with renewal rates exceeding 90%.
• Proficient in Salesforce and adept at data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and influence a virtual internal team of subject matter experts without direct authority.
• Fluent in English.
• Preference for candidates based in Western North America or those willing to relocate.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Up to 25% international travel.
