
Regional Vice President, Public & Labor Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the public sector and labor domain by devising and implementing a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at high-priority public entities, labor organizations, and multi-employer groups.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with benefits leaders, trustees, union executives, procurement stakeholders, and other key decision-makers to position Included Health as a trusted strategic ally.
• Oversee intricate, multi-threaded sales processes that involve both internal and external stakeholders, such as consultants, channel partners, finance, procurement, and executive leadership, to foster consensus and secure strategic long-term contracts.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with consultants, brokers, TPAs, carriers, and health plan partners that influence purchasing decisions in the public sector and labor, enhancing Included Health’s market presence.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to broaden Included Health’s service portfolio within current clients, generating additional revenue and fostering deeper customer partnerships.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales frameworks, tools, and playbooks that expedite the sales cycle and boost effectiveness in complex deal scenarios, including RFP-driven opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous CRM documentation, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy to ensure transparency and accountability throughout all stages of the sales process.
• Act as a regional ambassador for Included Health’s mission and culture during all external interactions and at pertinent industry events and conferences.
• Travel as necessary to engage with prospects, clients, consultants, partners, and industry stakeholders throughout the territory.
• Over 7 years of sales experience, notably in selling to public sector and labor buyers within healthcare benefits, wellness, or similar complex solution sales environments.
• Proven track record of managing and closing lengthy, intricate sales cycles that involve various internal and external stakeholders.
• A strong history of consistently achieving or surpassing substantial annual or multimillion-dollar quotas.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare benefits landscape and its progression, especially concerning public sector and labor purchasers.
• Demonstrated consultative selling abilities, including identifying client pain points, quantifying business impacts, and aligning solutions with strategic benefits and cost-management objectives.
• Established credibility and relationship-building skills with consultants, brokers, TPAs, carriers, clients, and other stakeholders within the public sector and labor ecosystem.
• Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong references from clients, partners, and influencers you have collaborated with previously.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, maintaining disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required to meet job responsibilities.
