This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic guidance for financial, operational, and client relationship functions within a designated food service and hospitality region.
• Take ownership of financial performance and operational achievements across the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting procedures.
• Ensure adherence to financial, operational, and risk management regulations.
• Implement strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct client business reviews to foster client satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansions, and new business ventures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and devise innovative service solutions.
• Formulate and execute long-term strategic growth initiatives, encompassing incremental sales, organic growth, and market penetration.
• Oversee the implementation of company initiatives that align with brand standards and operational capabilities.
• Advocate for company culture, values, and hospitality standards.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of location and regional leaders.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, hospitality service, health, safety, sanitation, operational policies, and brand standards are upheld across all locations.
• Propel performance enhancements through best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior regional or executive role.
• Proven success in financial management, strategic planning, and client relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to lead diverse teams and cultivate strong leadership pipelines.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
• Must either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Austin, San Antonio, or Tampa markets.
