Regional Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout the designated region to engage with independent agencies, territory managers, and property managers.

• Propel sales growth by discovering new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.

• Provide education and support to key agency partners regarding insurance products and their value proposition.

• Oversee channel relationships related to the product line within the region.

• Participate in relevant trade shows associated with the product line.

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing market presence.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements.

• Represent AssuranceAmerica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the designated territories of Texas and Western Pennsylvania.

• Highly motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic, in-person sales environment.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to foster relationships, alongside a genuine passion for assisting others.

• Open to coaching and eager to enhance skills.

• Capable of extensive travel within the assigned territory.

• Well-organized and adaptable, possessing a proactive approach.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Renters Insurance Sales; 10 years preferred.

• At least 2 years of Account Management experience.

• A P&C License is mandatory.

• Must be available for prolonged travel periods.

• Should be physically fit enough to travel and meet the demands of carrying materials to visits, conferences, etc.

• An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
