Regional Test Controller – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and oversee professional Covert Testing at airports and Critical National Infrastructure locations throughout the United Kingdom.

• Manage the daily execution of covert test operations at designated sites as per the CT department delivery plan.

• Raise issues related to legislative interpretation, notable compliance findings, and deviations from the delivery plan to the CT Manager.

• Ensure the quality of your reports prior to client distribution.

• Accurately submit test reports via SeMS ST.

• Organize test execution at aviation and CNI sites in accordance with the department's delivery plan.

• Keep up to date with security practices, legislative changes, and management of test materials at aviation and CNI sites.

• Support the training and development of new Team Leaders or Team Members.

• Oversee document control, including sign in/out of test pieces, SeMS ST reporting, issuance and receipt of boarding cards, and vehicle documentation.

• Validate certified reports before client access.

• Utilize AI-driven tools for report creation, quality assurance, and record maintenance.

• Employ digital scheduling and planning tools to facilitate test delivery.

• Engage in the internal AI community of practice and share applicable efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth working knowledge of UK aviation and CNI security regulations.

• Proven experience in conducting covert testing or security compliance assurance within aviation or CNI settings.

• Experience working diligently and professionally in a field-based operational environment.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively across the UK, including holding a full driving license.

• Prior experience in airport or CNI security operations.

• Recognized qualification in security, audit, or training (e.g. NVQ in Security, instructor certification).
