This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute product-focused sales presentations and training sessions on the complete Nice North America product lineup for factory personnel, dealers, and distributors.

• Support new product introductions by developing and delivering training modules for key customers.

• Certify sales representatives on new products and conduct annual training on the entire Nice North America product line.

• Act as the design authority for understanding and utilizing Nice North America products.

• Engage in trade shows, sales meetings, planning sessions, and special events as needed.

• Monitor market dynamics related to products and promotional activities, providing feedback to sales managers.

• Align training initiatives with the regional sales manager for the designated US region.

• Concentrate field travel on achieving regional customer growth and account retention objectives.

• Deliver timely updates regarding travel, key account activities, and regional events for the sales calendar.

• Organize and conduct web-based training sessions for customers.

• Participate in weekly Sales and Technical team meetings.

• Offer advanced technical support both on-site and remotely within the Nice home management platform.

• Provide telephone assistance to customer technical teams.

• Plan initial and follow-up training sessions for new products based on travel schedules.

• Foster new dealer growth and support within the CI Channel.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the CEDIA channel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to effectively present information in individual and group settings to customers and colleagues.

• Experience in control system programming is a notable advantage.

• Proficient in troubleshooting complex AV/Control systems both on-site and remotely.

• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Knowledge of NetSuite.

• Experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.

• Must be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

• A positive attitude, self-driven, and motivated to succeed.

• Ability to fulfill the stated physical requirements, with reasonable accommodations as necessary.

• Comfortable working in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
