This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Biffa’s Accelerate career development initiatives.

• Create and conduct workshops, learning events, action learning activities, and various development interventions.

• Collaborate with business leaders and People teams to address talent requirements, conduct talent reviews, manage succession planning, and develop high-potential talent pipelines.

• Provide guidance on talent development, learning interventions, and career pathways.

• Convert business priorities into actionable solutions that enhance both individual and organizational performance.

• Handle programme logistics, communications, learner engagement, and stakeholder participation.

• Develop learner-centered solutions utilizing facilitated learning, digital learning, social learning, coaching, and experiential development.

• Assess participation, engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes.

• Leverage data and learner feedback to evaluate effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.

• Foster relationships across Biffa and with both internal and external partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Talent, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in implementing effective people development programs.

• Proficient in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives.

• Ideally possesses experience managing development programmes from inception to evaluation.

• Strong grasp of learning design, talent management, succession planning, and career development practices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Capability to establish credible relationships with managers and leaders at all levels.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Confidence in engaging and motivating diverse audiences.

• Innovative, learner-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using data and insights to demonstrate impact.
