
Regional Supervisor – Operations, Onboarding Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a Regional Supervisor for a group of Fellows and Host Partners.
• Offer continuous support to both Fellows and Site Supervisors.
• Perform monthly virtual check-ins and bi-annual in-person visits.
• Aid in the professional development of Fellows.
• Plan and facilitate member development training days, community building activities, and celebrations.
• Serve as the primary program liaison among various Host Partner sites.
• Manage and oversee the approval and reporting of fellowship timecards for over 400 Fellows.
• Review, monitor, and resolve any timecard discrepancies.
• Handle fellowship reimbursements and ensure timely processing.
• Organize, prepare, and submit financial reports.
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for over 400 Fellows each year.
• Enhance administrative systems and processes.
• Assist with program audits by maintaining records, collecting documentation, and responding to inquiries.
• Gather member evaluation and metrics reporting documentation.
• Supervise and approve AmeriCorps timesheets and track AmeriCorps hours.
• Support Fellows during their post-fellowship transition.
• Must be based in California, with a preference for candidates from the Sacramento, Fresno, and Stockton areas.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in program or operations administration, finance/financial administration/grant administration, compliance/reporting/audit support, onboarding/human resources support, stakeholder/partnership coordination, or nonprofit/AmeriCorps/service-oriented programs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing complex processes, handling high-volume work and competing priorities, while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in remote work, demonstrating proactive communication, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with project management, reporting, Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience with sustainability, environmental, or AmeriCorps programs, along with knowledge of California environmental policy, is a plus.
• Over 3 weeks of vacation.
