Regional Sales Manager – Shelter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive efficient sales growth within the designated territory while adhering to budget constraints.

• Achieve sales objectives for New Business and Wellness Sales across each shelter.

• Oversee approximately 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents.

• Recruit, develop, train, and provide support to Shelter Sales Agents.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams.

• Handle administrative responsibilities and tasks related to territory management.

• Evaluate partner needs through on-site visits and follow-up discussions.

• Articulate Fetch’s competitive advantages and exhibit knowledge of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance offerings.

• Discover new business opportunities and present them to the management team.

• Administer an expense budget and provide monthly reporting.

• Surpass customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers, with responsibility for coaching, performance, and outcomes in results-oriented settings.

• Must possess a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee’s state of residence or obtain one within 30 days of hire.

• Access to a dependable vehicle.

• Readiness to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and as necessary to events and/or conferences.
