
Regional Sales Manager – Peripheral Vascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Drive growth in regional revenue, market development, customer adoption, and operational excellence.
• Lead and nurture the development of Account Managers.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, physicians, health systems, and various organizational stakeholders.
• Assist in program development and strategic initiatives alongside regional leaders and field sales teams.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, forecasts, and growth objectives.
• Formulate and implement business plans aimed at increasing market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Evaluate performance, market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain essential talent.
• Provide coaching through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address any performance gaps.
• Track activity, pipeline status, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM utilization, forecasting, and customer support.
• Collaborate with AVP, VTE RSM, Strategic Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings; complete necessary reports.
• Encourage collaboration, inspiration, and accountability within the team.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and HR.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical device sales leadership role is preferred.
• Prior experience in the peripheral vascular space is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Solid business acumen with a good understanding of financial and commercial aspects.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Awareness of competitive products and markets.
• Proficient in MS Office for reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Effective educational and presentation skills in various settings.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
