This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Assist in the development of regional programs and strategic initiatives alongside regional leaders and field sales teams.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, forecasts, and growth objectives.
• Create and implement business plans aimed at increasing market share, client accounts, and customer relationships.
• Evaluate performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain essential talent.
• Provide coaching through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and set expectations.
• Oversee activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure the effectiveness of sales processes, CRM utilization, forecasting, and customer support.
• Build collaborative partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent the organization at trade shows and educational events, completing necessary reports.
• Encourage collaboration, inspiration, and accountability through regular team communication.
• Work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and HR to share insights, overcome obstacles, and represent regional priorities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within medical device sales is preferred.
• Previous experience in the peripheral vascular sector is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational, and managerial abilities.
• Solid business acumen with a good understanding of financial and commercial aspects.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Awareness of competitive products and market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Effective in educational and presentation settings across diverse environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
