
Regional Sales Manager – Peripheral Vascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth in the region, enhance market development, foster customer adoption, and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor Account Managers.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, health systems, and organizational stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of regional programs and strategic initiatives alongside regional leaders and field sales teams.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, forecasts, and growth objectives.
• Create and implement business plans aimed at increasing market share, expanding accounts, and strengthening customer relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain essential talent.
• Provide coaching through field observations, performance reviews, planning, and constructive feedback; address performance gaps and set expectations.
• Oversee activities, pipeline management, case coverage, account penetration, and overall productivity.
• Ensure effective sales processes, proper CRM utilization, accurate forecasting, and high-quality customer support.
• Establish partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strategic Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent the organization at trade shows and educational events, completing all necessary reporting.
• Promote collaboration, inspiration, and accountability while embodying Stryker's culture.
• Work alongside Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and HR to share insights, address barriers, and represent regional priorities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within medical device sales is preferred.
• Prior experience in the peripheral vascular sector is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational, and managerial abilities.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial and commercial aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Familiarity with competitive products and market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Effective educational and presentation abilities in both one-on-one and large group settings.
• Willingness to travel, with a travel requirement of 60%.
