This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and maintain the CNG customer portfolio.
• Actively represent and promote the CNG offerings to regional stakeholders.
• Identify and engage potential new CNG customers.
• Execute the national CNG sales action plan.
• Implement key account agreements established by the CNG Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Oversee the customer portfolio and prospect pipeline.
• Lead the proposal preparation and decision-making processes with prospects.
• Finalize contracts while ensuring profitability on deals.
• Assist in the execution of sales-generated projects.
• Increase the volume of CNG customers within the portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and station performance.
• Manage relationships with existing customers in the portfolio.
• Cultivate an understanding of customer contacts and their decision-making processes.
• Monitor network developments and identify new traffic opportunities.
• Register new customers and issue cards.
• Negotiate effectively with key accounts.
• Attend FNTR general meetings actively.
• Build relationships with vehicle manufacturers and communities surrounding the stations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and pricing intelligence while monitoring calls for tenders.
• Assess network coverage and propose new station projects.
• Maintain the LPGc customer portfolio.
• Coordinate station requests with Customer Service and Maintenance/Construction teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in prospecting techniques.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
• Capability to perform well under pressure.
• Analytical, creative, and solution-oriented with strong initiative.
• Team player with the ability to lead, support, and inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
• Traits of enthusiasm, diligence, organization, reliability, perseverance, autonomy, high standards, pragmatism, and creativity.
• Proficient in the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with ERP and CRM systems.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Valid driving license is a must.
• Willingness to travel throughout the South-East region of France.
• Must possess a valid residence permit allowing employment in France.
