This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue objectives and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, mentor, recruit, develop, and train the regional sales team effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
• Provide constructive feedback on sales promotions, contests, and meetings.
• Keep an eye on competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations and address any disciplinary or performance issues.
• Assist with national-level tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Lead regular team meetings within the region.
• Conduct sales training sessions to ensure proficiency in technical and clinical product knowledge.
• Foster relationships with key accounts, offering solutions and supporting client retention efforts.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities to enhance market share.
• Support participation in conventions, seminars, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Create and deliver corporate-level presentations for the region.
• Approve and submit expense reports as required.
• Complete necessary forms and paperwork promptly.
• Adhere to compliance protocols during customer interactions and activities.
• Attend scheduled sales and marketing meetings regularly.
• Candidate must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
• A post-secondary education is required, preferably a university degree with a focus on business or science.
• A minimum of three (3) years of management experience is essential.
• At least five (5) years of prior B2B sales experience is required, ideally in the medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• A strong understanding of the skincare or dermatology market is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership capabilities to effectively inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Ability to formulate and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall company objectives.
• Proficient in analyzing market trends, client data, and sales metrics.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss management is important.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, regional schedules, and deadlines.
• Competency in navigating CRM systems and other sales tools effectively.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
