This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead a regional sales team to surpass sales objectives for Tempus’ Psychiatry division.
• Develop and execute business plans for the region and its territories.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee Clinical Account Executives within a designated geographic area.
• Manage sales performance, business activities, and collaborative initiatives across functions.
• Propel growth for both the sales team and customer base.
• Mentor the team on territory management, sales methodologies, and strategic selling.
• Foster and sustain important customer relationships while facilitating mutually advantageous business solutions.
• Organize and lead regional sales meetings.
• Assess the performance of Clinical Account Executives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and market trends.
• Identify potential opportunities within academic medical centers, large cancer facilities, health systems, and other key accounts.
• Supervise the team's utilization of Salesforce to track performance and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize results.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Provider Sales, US, for Neuro-Psychiatry.
• Candidates must reside in Phoenix, Texas, Indianapolis, California, Las Vegas, or Illinois.
• Experience in both virtual and field sales environments.
• Proven success in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
• Capability to prioritize and align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Skill in developing and leveraging cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to engage in a consultative selling approach.
• Competence to work independently, communicate effectively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize daily responsibilities while meeting critical deadlines.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales throughout the sales cycle.
• A positive outlook and an understanding of organizational growth and transformation.
• Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and application-based products.
• Regular and effective use of Salesforce.com.
• Advanced presentation skills and strong business acumen.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry or commercial setting as a sales manager, leading a team of 8 or more representatives.
• A proven record of success in a management role.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Incentive compensation may be offered.
