This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the regional sales territory by leveraging product expertise, market insights, and effective business development strategies.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, negotiate contracts, and deliver customized solutions to enhance revenue growth.
• Evaluate the sales performance and effectiveness of regional agents.
• Guide and manage agents within the designated territory.
• Implement sales plans, account strategies, consultative selling methods, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Create intricate proposals and tailored solutions for clients.
• Establish processes aimed at improving customer retention, conversion of opportunities, and communication across functions.
• Offer insights regarding competitor activities, customer behaviors, and emerging market trends.
• Work in collaboration with supply chain, product, and marketing teams.
• Analyze sales data and market intelligence to enhance forecasting and aid business development.
• Formulate business plans and go-to-market strategies in conjunction with management and product teams.
• Set up and enforce team performance metrics, development plans, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee staff performance and development while mentoring team members.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven experience in regional sales management and territory management.
• Deep understanding of product knowledge and market insights.
• Experience in business development and sales strategy.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
• Skilled in Market Research.
• Experience in Lead Generation.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient influencing skills.
• Expertise in Negotiation.
• Strong forecasting abilities.
• Capability to develop complex proposals and client-specific solutions that integrate technical products, pricing structures, and contractual terms.
• Ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence effectively.
• Competence in developing business plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Preferred: Master’s degree.
• Preferred: 8-11 years of relevant experience.
