
Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue and margin objectives
• Partner with regional marketing teams and corporate leadership to implement promotions, pricing tactics, and lead-generation initiatives
• Oversee and manage KPI tracking for sales targets
• Develop strategies for growth in new markets or channels
• Recruit, train, and assist in compensation planning for RSCs, Area Sales Managers, and Sales and Service Coordinators
• Design and spearhead sales contests and initiatives to inspire teams
• Perform regular ride-alongs to assess sales techniques, pricing strategies, and best practices
• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations
• Track sales metrics and deliver precise forecasts and comprehensive performance reports
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement
• Collaborate with dispatch and SSC teams to enhance lead generation and customer debriefing processes
• Promote and enhance the growth of Service Agreements and Advantage Program sales
• Develop channels for self-generated and technician-generated leads
• Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profitability goals
• Set a strong example in health and safety compliance and support safety initiatives
• Examine accident trends, address safety issues, and rectify unsafe conditions
• Conduct or facilitate safety training, observations, and incident investigations
• Work alongside the VP, Field & Sales, Sr. Manager, National Sales, Area Sales Managers, Area Operations Managers, regional marketing teams, and corporate support
• Reports to the Sr. Manager, National Sales
• At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in leadership roles
• Strong skills in people management, leadership, and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor high-performing sales teams
• Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software
• Experience managing a multi-location sales force with a consultative and collaborative selling approach
• In-home selling experience is advantageous
• Capability to analyze pricing and competitive positioning to enhance margin dollars
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Candidates residing in Texas are strongly preferred
• A minimum of 50% travel is required
