This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Effectively enhance sales within the designated territory for the Code 3 product line.
• Identify and pursue new account opportunities.
• Create comprehensive product packages tailored to customer requirements.
• Oversee customer account management.
• Stay informed about current market trends and competitive activities.
• Professionally represent the Code 3 product line to foster sales growth and a positive brand image.
• Engage with current and prospective customers to promote and sell Code 3 products and/or services.
• Propel continuous sales growth and achieve targeted margins for the designated territory.
• Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, seminars, community meetings, and business gatherings.
• Collaborate with customers' corporate management and field personnel.
• Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders in coordination with customer service and operations.
• Acquire and manage customer bids and special pricing, including negotiating and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Provide ongoing training for distributors' sales teams.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of end users and distribution channels within the territory.
• Supervise the test and evaluation program with major accounts.
• Deliver product pricing, operational information, and training on new products.
• Complete monthly territory status reports detailing successes, challenges, needs, and other designated areas.
• Contribute to the establishment of budgets.
• Regularly update the customer database.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Experience collaborating with wholesale distribution, key accounts, and manufacturer representative agencies.
• Capability to establish strong business relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining up-to-date customer contact and opportunity information for production forecasting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities.
• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Self-motivation and independence in seeking new sales opportunities and expanding the sales territory with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Independence and a commitment to continually enhance product knowledge and skillset.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
