This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the complete new-business sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and oversee a qualified pipeline across various sectors, including banking and financial services, transit authorities, airports, and emerging markets.
• Create and implement targeted outbound campaigns aimed at decision-makers in CX, Operations, and accessibility/compliance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that effectively convey Magnusmode’s accessibility mission within a business context.
• Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities within current partner accounts.
• Collaborate with the Relationship Manager on expansion efforts while ensuring account health is maintained.
• Keep precise HubSpot CRM stage tracking, deal values, and activity logs.
• Represent Magnusmode at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and trade shows.
• Work alongside marketing and leadership on messaging, positioning, and the development of case studies.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on pipeline and forecast reporting.
• Stay informed on the accessibility, CX, and compliance landscape to enhance positioning and competitive strategy.
• Report directly to the Business Unit Leader.
• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive enterprise sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of advancing complex deals to signature.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with executive-level buyers, from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Established relationships or a professional network within financial services, transit, aviation, or accessibility/CX sectors are considerable advantages.
• Strong understanding of CRM practices and pipeline management; experience with HubSpot is preferred.
• Exceptional consultative selling and presentation abilities.
• Capability to translate a mission-driven product into a compelling business case for stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a lean team and limited existing infrastructure; adept at building processes independently.
• Self-driven, resilient, and focused on results.
• Sound judgment to balance new-business pursuits with light account coordination.
• Proficient in using AI-driven tools for prospecting, research, and CRM efficiency.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
