This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead and oversee a team of Account Managers within a specified region.
• Achieve regional sales objectives through methodical and disciplined field execution.
• Establish expectations for sales activities, territory performance, and customer engagement.

• Mentor representatives in objection handling, product positioning, competitive positioning, negotiation, pricing discussions, follow-up discipline, and closing techniques.
• Observe customer interactions and offer practical feedback.
• Develop structured coaching and development plans.
• Convert regional targets into territory-specific plans and review them consistently.
• Assist in customer segmentation, account prioritization, and call-cycle planning.
• Maintain precise regional sales forecasts and assess expected revenue by territory and key accounts.
• Analyze pipeline strength, ordering patterns, and order cadence.
• Identify risks proactively and provide leadership with insights into opportunities and anticipated outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with strategically important customers and support high-value accounts.
• Engage with clinics, doctors, nurses, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in complex negotiations, customer retention, and account expansion.
• Operate within established pricing frameworks, promotional guidelines, budgetary expectations, and governance requirements.
• Monitor performance, address underperformance, and create performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, Training, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership teams.
• Translate national sales strategies into regional actions.
• Support new product introductions and growth initiatives.
• Communicate priorities, feedback, direction, and performance updates effectively.
• Lead challenging performance discussions and assist the team during business transitions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a direct sales team.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Strong field coaching skills with evidence of enhancing representative performance.
• Experience in territory planning, account prioritization, and forecasting.
• Ability to identify sales risks and implement effective recovery plans.
• Capability to assist Account Managers in converting sales activities into orders and revenue.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and key account management.
• Commercial discipline concerning pricing, promotions, and ROI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment.
• Preferred: Previous experience leading a field-based sales team.
