This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee and direct a team of Account Managers within a specified region.
• Achieve regional sales objectives through systematic and disciplined implementation in the field.
• Establish benchmarks for sales activities, territory performance, and customer engagement.
• Foster a culture centered on performance, balancing accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Create strategic action plans to boost growth in both established and emerging territories.
• Expand existing accounts, enhance customer retention, and secure new business opportunities.
• Track performance against targets and formulate recovery strategies for underperforming regions.
• Provide regular field coaching and assist in planning and preparing for customer calls.
• Mentor representatives in objection handling, product positioning, competitive analysis, negotiation, pricing discussions, follow-up discipline, and closing sales deals.
• Observe customer interactions and offer constructive feedback.
• Convert regional objectives into territory-specific plans and assist with segmentation, prioritization, and call-cycle strategies.
• Maintain precise regional sales forecasts and oversee pipeline quality and order timing.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and facilitate complex negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to established pricing structures, promotional guidelines, and commercial governance.
• Manage the performance of Account Managers, including setting expectations, coaching, and development plans.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Clinical Education, Training, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership.
• Translate national sales priorities into actionable regional initiatives and support product launches and growth projects.
• Relay priorities, provide feedback, offer guidance, and share performance updates with the team.
• Drive regional growth through effective people management, strategic planning, coaching, and disciplined execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a direct sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Strong capability in field coaching with evidence of enhancing representative performance.
• Experience in territory planning, account prioritization, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to identify sales risks and implement practical recovery strategies.
• Skills to assist Account Managers in transforming sales activities into orders and revenue.
