This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales objectives by acquiring new accounts and enhancing revenues within existing customer setups.
• Identify potential customers for ExtraHop products through methods such as cold calling, follow-up on leads, and in-person meetings.
• Engage with senior executives to gain insights into the business landscape, decision-making, and funding processes within the territory.
• Present and showcase ExtraHop products to prospective clients.
• Gather and relay customer feedback and competitive intelligence from the field.
• Develop and execute strategic sales account plans for all clients while pinpointing opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with resellers, field sales engineers, and management throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity registration, revenue forecasting, and tracking to revenue goals.
• Partner with resellers to drive business growth within the territory.
• Create and sustain an accurate sales forecast.
• Network within customer and related organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, or engineering).
• A minimum of five years of experience in technology sales with a proven record of surpassing sales targets.
• At least five years of experience in security sales.
• Proven technical ability to convey ExtraHop's value proposition in a unique and persuasive manner.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Documented success in sales within network/application management or similar IT infrastructure solutions.
• Established ability to secure meetings and finalize deals with senior executives.
• A solid grasp of enterprise networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN optimization technologies, is advantageous.
• Strong independent work ethic with experience in a startup environment.
• Established senior-level connections across a diverse range of enterprise accounts in your designated territory.
• Experience in software/hardware sales and distribution with major software, hardware, or networking firms.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other cross-functional stakeholders.
