This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Promote and sell Xtime products to franchise car dealerships.
• Drive and enhance sales revenue while expanding the customer base within the designated territory.
• Offer innovative solutions and insights regarding Xtime products and the business challenges faced by dealers.
• Emphasize the value of existing Xtime and Cox Automotive products.
• Act as the main contact for dealer relationships related to Xtime.
• Oversee and finalize complex sales opportunities by utilizing the Cox Auto selling methodology.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to guide clients on industry trends, strategies, and challenges.
• Foster agreement on Cox Automotive Retail Solutions products with client stakeholders.
• Strategize both independently and collaboratively to address deal-level obstacles.
• Discuss, present, and showcase the advantages of Xtime solutions.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue targets.
• Provide coverage for open or existing territories as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with both new and existing dealerships.
• Develop trusted relationships with dealership decision-makers, including Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers.
• Travel frequently within assigned sales territories, reaching 70% or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 years of experience in a relevant area, or an equivalent combination of a master’s degree with 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in software, advertising, or automotive software sales, including knowledge of comparable dealership software and finance software.
• In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, particularly automotive dealerships and the F&I process.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, sales, and territory management skills.
• Capability to utilize and analyze research and data to assist customers in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Proficient database management and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
• Self-driven and disciplined with a vibrant, engaging personality.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% within the assigned territory.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
• Annual incentive/commission target of $85,000.00.
