This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling, internet resources, targeting clients of specific competitors, and following up on leads.
• Investigate and identify potential opportunities while networking within the industry.
• Comprehend account profitability and how client decisions influence the business.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable offerings.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets while providing comprehensive service throughout the sales process.
• Recognize client challenges and devise solutions to assist clients in reaching their objectives.
• Foster strong internal relationships and maintain communication before and during sales to ensure a smooth transition to operations after the sale.
• Record relevant client information and communicate it to the necessary parties.
• Oversee the implementation of selected services in collaboration with Construction Management, Marketing, Business Development Analytics, and Operations.
• Keep an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) and SmartSheets.
• Utilize LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for generating new leads and opportunities.
• Arrange and take part in interactive meetings with support departments.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure the effective use of tools and resources.
• Assess programs and initiatives, consult with business leaders, gather feedback, evaluate needs, and apply appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while fulfilling responsibilities and implementing solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred in sales, business marketing, or a related field.
• Prior work experience in the refreshments or contract management sector is preferred, ideally with one of the Top 50 Food Service Management organizations or within the coffee, vending, food and beverage, or similar industries.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required; a background in hospitality and/or food service is highly preferred.
• Experience in hunting for new business is essential.
• Results-driven and adaptable; takes action promptly when needs arise and can demonstrate positive outcomes; consistently follows through on tasks; capable of balancing business demands and client requests; quickly absorbs new information and translates key points into successful results.
• A passion for sales and the ability to envision how to fulfill customer needs and effectively package offerings that align with those requirements.
• Proven capability to engage and sell proactively, earning buy-in, respect, trust, and accountability to meet objectives.
• High energy level; shows resilience, endurance, and persistence throughout their career.

• Proficient in electronic communication, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry systems.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the designated territory centered around South Bend, Indiana.
