📋 Description

• Attain essential sales targets by overseeing multiple distributors and sales team members while nurturing new accounts.

• Lead, motivate, inspire, educate, and provide resources to the sales team.

• Sustain and grow the customer base through support for sales representatives and distribution partners.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Leadership team effectively.

• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations that emphasize the company's value proposition.

• Review customer inquiries to ensure a thorough understanding of specifications and requirements.

• Manage customer pricing strategies to enhance profit and market share in alignment with company pricing policies.

• Monitor market channels and staffing levels to optimize sales growth.

• Partner with the CEO to align and execute organization-wide objectives.

• Supervise direct reports and regional sales pipelines efficiently.

• Maintain communication with authorized AES distributors in the region.

• Conduct regular sales calls to both existing and potential customers, educate engineering teams, and evaluate business conditions.

• Forecast expected sales and future actions for inventory management.

• Suggest enhancements and actions to secure business opportunities.

• Investigate prospective customers and conduct proactive sales and survey calls to generate new business.

• Gather and retain competitive pricing and service data.

• Recommend cost-effective marketing strategies for the company’s products.

• Provide suggestions for the annual sales budget.

• Submit written plans, call reports, and other documentation punctually.

• Comply with company travel and expense policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer and sales calls.
