This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Lead and build a sales team focused on supporting patients experiencing Post-Partum Depression (PPD).
• Offer leadership and strategic guidance to Neuropsychiatry Account Managers to meet performance targets.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a top-tier launch team of Account Managers.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills, foster talent, and drive exceptional performance.
• Implement crucial strategic priorities while maintaining organizational values and standards.
• Collaborate internally and across partnerships to ensure executional excellence, accountability, and sales results.
• Guide the team through complex scenarios involving affiliations, care pathways, and business relationships that affect PPD treatment.
• Develop and nurture strategic customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Comprehend market dynamics, business drivers, and corporate objectives, and their influence on regional strategies.
• Plan and facilitate employee development for current and future roles.
• Foster a culture of compliance regarding promotional activities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management or relevant leadership roles.
• Preferred experience in Psychiatry and/or OBGYN specialty sales and knowledge of depression markets.
• Established record of consistent high performance.
• Proven experience leading successful launches in complex and competitive environments.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals.
• Strong skills in leadership, planning and organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and business acumen skills.
• Cross-functional experience in other commercial areas is preferred.
• Significant travel is required, and candidates must reside within the region.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record per Biogen policy are required.
