This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead the sales process and outcomes in Spain and Portugal, with an increasing focus on France.
• Strategically plan and execute the closing of sales opportunities throughout EMEA South.
• Promote Infoverity's services in master data management, data governance, data quality, data integration, and AI and Analytics.
• Identify and pursue potential new clients across Iberia, with a focus on opportunities in France.
• Recognize potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Conduct research and establish relationships with new clients.
• Arrange meetings between decision-makers at client organizations and company department leaders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create proposals and solutions based on client needs and objectives.
• Manage the complete pursuit cycle from qualification and scoping to proposal development, pursuit operations, and closing.
• Create vertical-specific value propositions and account strategies.
• Build a pipeline for AI and Analytics services in conjunction with enterprise data management.
• Participate in the pricing of solutions/services.
• Address objections and negotiate engagement terms with clients.
• Represent an image that aligns with both the client and the firm.
• Introduce new products and services while enhancing existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical staff and internal colleagues to fulfill client needs.
• Organize and take part in internal and external client debriefs.
• Act as a Client Partner in client engagements and participate on steering committees.
• Network within existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with software partners.
• Establish joint pipeline and account management cadence calls with partner representatives.
• Identify target accounts and develop joint account strategies and plans.
• Support messaging, participation, and subject matter expertise for regional partner events.
• Attend industry events and provide insights on market trends.
• Consult with mid- and senior-level management regarding business trends and new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.
• Develop unique company differentiators and selling propositions based on market and competitor insights.
• Maintain precise data in Salesforce.com.
• Report weekly progress to the leadership team.
• Forecast and meet sales targets.
• Track account activities and assist in closing deals.
• Coordinate with marketing to fulfill prerequisites such as prequalification and vendor-list registration.
• Provide business development training and mentoring to internal staff.
• Investigate and comprehend the company's personnel, capabilities, goals, culture, and purpose.
• A minimum of three years of experience in selling services for a global consulting firm.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge in at least two of Infoverity's priority verticals for the region: banking and insurance, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and industrial, energy and utilities, or public sector, including an understanding of sector-specific data challenges, regulatory drivers, and purchasing processes.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding annual quotas of €5M+ as an individual contributor in professional services sales; quota from services and consulting is required, while software license sales quota does not qualify.
• Expected first-year bookings of €1M+, with a clear trajectory to grow the territory and quota to historical levels.
• Proven ability to establish relationships at all levels within client accounts.
• Demonstrated capability to identify and sell new project opportunities, managing them end-to-end from qualification through proposal to closure.
• Exhibits qualities of both a self-starter and a team player.
• Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Candidate must reside in Spain.
• Knowledge and expertise in systems integration and data management concepts (MDM, data governance, data quality, data integration, analytics, and AI).
• Experience in leading formal RFP responses and public tender processes.
• Experience in selling AI, analytics, or data services.
• Proficiency in French due to increasing responsibilities in the French market.
• Portuguese and Italian language skills are also valued.
